Production times vary depending on the type of product:
• Photo prints (both small and large formats): Ready within a couple of hours
• Canvas prints and prints mounted on KAPA board: Ready within 24 hours
• Prints with ready-made frames: Usually ready within a couple of hours
• Custom framing: Takes approximately 3 to 7 days
• Photobooks: Can take up to 3 weeks
Since each order is custom-made, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, if you’re not satisfied with the final result, I offer a 50% discount on a remake of the same order. Your satisfaction is important, and I’ll do my best to make sure you’re happy with the final product.
